Led the 360 rebrand from Beachbody to BODi aligning brand story to consumer insights and data, shedding previous negative associations with Beachbody and an over-emphasis on physical perfection over long term health and vitality.

The BODi relaunch earned media accolades, including CNN and Good Housekeeping, consistent ‘buy’ ratings from investor publications based on positive EBITDA and free cash flow, and improved consumer perception in quantitative and qualitative studies, resulting in a 97% customer retention rate and significant increase in CSAT and NPS scores.
