Led full funnel creative execution from concept development, production and campaign deployment. This included the introduction of non-pro athlete, Steph Chung to expand our audiences while leveraging the fame of Ladder’s co-founder, LeBron James resulting in >300% increase in engagement and hard-won respect from his fans. Shorty Finalist, 2x AVA Digital Platinum Winner.

Within the same Brand shoot, we kept the Growth creative on track, delivering a suite of low-funnel DR creative that was both highly effective, yet retained the premium Brand aesthetic befitting of its price points and founders, yielding >30% YoY e-Comm growth for the brand.
